WORKFORCE PLANNING

This is a stand-alone exercise that informs a corporate plan or broader HR strategy.

Single Issue Planning

This approach will allow you to deal with issues such as losing corporate knowledge when key people retire, or introducing a new service area with new skill requirements.

This is a scoping exercise using basic workforce planning steps to determine priority areas for further action, or whether a more in-depth assessment is needed.
